November 4, 2013 By Matthew Wallin

I was on my way home at about 1a.m., and a police officer began to follow me. For no apparent reason at all, the officer pulled me over. He said that I was weaving and arrested me for driving under the influence. I later found out that I had a blood alcohol content of .10.

I hired the Law firm of Wallin & Klarich, and attorney Michael L. DeFrank was assigned to the case. Mr. De Frank obtained all the pertinent records pertaining to my case. Mr. DeFrank filed a motion to supress the evidence based on the testimoney of a witness that my driving was fine. Also, he showed the judge that the officer was less than truthful about my driving because there was only one lane of traffic due to road construction. The judge ruled that the stop lacked probable cause and dismissed the case. Thank you Mr. DeFrank.
