How Christian C. Guerra, Esq. Can Help You In Your Criminal Case
Mr. Guerra was born and raised in South Central, Los Angeles. Christian’s passion for the law stems from his experience of “being raised in a minority family with modest means, and my upbringing in an impoverished area affected both by gang violence, and law enforcement predisposition to pursue gang-related offenses to all who fit within their preconceived notions of the community,” as he described it. “My personal experiences have fueled my passion for presenting a client’s case in a manner that humanizes them, challenges certain stereotypes, officer misconduct, and misrepresentations in investigation reports.”
“Through my studies and internships with the District Attorney’s Office, I have learned to never accept an allegation and evidence at face value because no case is open and shut. It just takes the right attorney to uncover the flaws, and–as my last name suggests–go to war for the client”.
